Refund Policy

As we are a design firm our hour-for-hour work is non-refundable. You pay for the time.

As for printables, if the vendor makes a mistake it will be their responsibility, if the design firm (Mk5) makes a mistake it will be rectified by us. If you make a mistake by providing typo-filled content or asking for the wrong thing it will be on you to fix the situation. We are not responsible, as we give multiple opportunities for you to do your due diligence, in quality assurance. If you approve of things and it goes to the next stage of the project it is not our responsibility to question your decisions.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel a project at whatever stage; you have to have been paid up to the hour of cancellation. For flat rate services, you should have paid the percentage of work completed to the amount of the final price. Meaning if you are quoted a $3,500 website and you put down the half deposit ($1,700). If you cancel at 75% completion of the project you are responsible to pay the additional 25% Owed ($850).
